It turned out I didn't have time to make the trip to that area as we were staying near Cataract Pyramid Resort which wasnt very close to the Sheraton. I had an awesome trip. Didn't meet any deaf folks tho but didnt expect to as we were cycling cross Egypt to Sudan. Bummer, I didn’t see your post as I was so busy getting ready for the trip.
